Is the villa booked exclusively for one group?
Yes. Walaa Kulu is an exclusive private villa. When reserved as a villa buyout, the entire property- including the heated infinity pool, living spaces, dining areas and outdoor terraces – is exclusively yours for complete privacy.
Does the villa have a private chef?
Yes. Our experienced culinary team prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner upon request. Guests may choose from Sri Lankan and international cuisine, and we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. Walaa Kulu features a heated infinity pool overlooking the surrounding mountains, allowing guests to enjoy swimming comfortably throughout the cooler Ella climate.
Can airport transfers be arranged?
Airport transfers can be arranged for additional charge and minimum 48hrs advance notice.

Is the villa suitable for families?
Walaa Kulu is ideal for families as well as small groups of friends, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. With spacious living areas, multiple bedrooms, and exclusive use of the villa.
Is Walaa Kulu suitable for honeymooners?
Walaa Kulu offers a romantic and secluded setting, making it an ideal choice for honeymooners. We can also arrange special touches such as romantic room decorations & private dining experiences based on your celebration and requirements.

Parking is Available at the Property.
Is the villa wheelchair accessible?
At present, Walaa Kulu is not wheelchair accessible. As the villa is situated on a hillside, access involves steps and varying levels throughout the property, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the property.
Do all rooms have air conditioning?
The rooms are fitted with Air Conditioning. Leaving the living room and open area to breath the cool Ella Breeze.

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.

All indoor areas are non-smoking. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
